We absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, even though it was in the nightlife area. The staff was delightful and could not have been more helpful, providing excellent customer service. The rooms were stylish and immaculate, with all the amenities we needed.

There was nothing negative to say about this place. We would recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city center.

The Resident Liverpool is an amazing hotel with friendly staff and a central location. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, making for a restful sleep. It has lots of character and is conveniently located near railway stations, shops, and docks. The old building turned accommodation adds to its charm.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with a big TV and a fully equipped kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was fast. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. There were also discounts offered at local bars and restaurants, a nice bonus.

We were impressed with the comfortable and clean small double room that had a practical mini kitchen. Although we arrived early, the hotel allowed us to store our bags and even provided us with a toothbrush when needed. The location is great for exploring Liverpool.

We loved the hotel's location! It was perfect, just off one of the main streets and very close to the cathedrals. The Liverpool 1 shopping area was just a short walk away. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. They provided us with great recommendations for dinner and were helpful. The room was in fantastic condition, very clean, and had wonderful facilities. We also enjoyed the free drink offer in the common lounge area.
